Our resources include one on one life coaching, therapy, community workshops, community mentoring programs and educational events. Raven started this journey because she recognized that athletes are extremely neglected when it comes to their identity and mental wellness and that this was a human issue, not an athlete specific one. She believes focusing on a holistic approach will equip athletes with tools to heal and prompt them to go into their communities to pay it forward.
